All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed services.

£4.99 standard shipping on orders under £100
FREE shipping on orders £100 and over

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped

Packaging

Every order is packed securely with protection appropriate to trading cards and sealed products.
We take care to ensure items arrive in the condition described.

🔒 Tracked & Signed Delivery

All shipments are sent with tracking, and signed delivery is used for higher-value orders to ensure safe arrival.

We want you to be confident when ordering from Lock Dex TCG.

Returns window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

Conditions

Sealed products must be returned unopened and unused
SLABS must be returned in the same condition they were sent
Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly

Opened or used sealed products
Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery
